The Problem: There was a great disconnection between the content strategy of Mercedes Benz México and all the independent dealerships with social accounts.
The Solution: Established a new work flow where dealers were able to communicate their initiatives, and integrate them to a national content grid. We created templates Mercedes Benz México posts, that our dealers could easily adapt to their own accounts and address their needs while respecting the overall strategy and brand guidelines.
